What are your standard delivery times for large fixtures?
For larger items like bathtubs and vanity units, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days. Smaller accessories and brassware are usually delivered within 2-3 business days via our premium courier partners.
Do you offer professional installation services?
Envy Bathrooms Limited specializes in the supply of high-quality bathroom goods. While we do not provide in-house installation, we can provide technical specifications to assist your chosen qualified plumber or contractor.
What is your return policy for bathroom tiles and ceramics?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items, provided they are in their original packaging and have not been installed. Please note that for tiles, we can only accept returns on full, unopened boxes.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our products come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty. Many of our premium taps and shower heads carry extended warranties of up to 10 years for peace of mind.
Can I see your products in person before purchasing?
We operate primarily as an online boutique to keep our prices competitive. However, we offer a sample service for tiles and finishes so you can verify the color and quality in your own home before placing a full order.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery immediately. If you notice any damage to ceramics or glass, contact our customer support team within 48 hours with photographic evidence so we can arrange a priority replacement.
